Anthony grew up in BC and started in the hospitality industry at age thirteen. By fifteen, he became the youngest cook ever to be proficient on all stations in the high-end restaurant at Grouse Mountain Resorts Ltd. After completing a Culinary Art Program in North Vancouver, he participated in and won the Superstar Chef Challenge II on Food Network. Since winning, Anthony has been in production for his own Food Network series, The Main, launching on Food Network in Fall 2007.
